DSCF is a framework of assessment of maturity for participants in spaces of european data. Evaluates technical capabilities, organizational, and governance front of the main european frameworks through a system of controls, scales of maturity and evidence that is verifiable.

Objective:to provide a diagnosis structured of the degree of conformity, and maturity of the data space, to identify the gaps in front of the frames of reference and guide with a plan fitness.
